HCG Individual Coaching and Single Sessions:

Let us help you tailor the diet to your individual needs, whether you are vegetarian, want to exercise, go at a slower rate, with a higher calorie-diet, or have other special wishes and concerns. We will support you not only in your discipline but emotionally as well. Eating is intimately related to feelings, body-image and self-esteem. Many different and often unexpected feelings will come up during the diet: the more and better you can address them and express them with the support of an understanding, helpful listener, the more you will experience success and lasting change from the experience.

 

You can book the entire Protocol — six weekly sessions at $450:

Weeks I-III: The first three weeks are the basic hCG diet protocol.You will get detailed instructions  and we will consult with you for up to 25 minutes once a week and be on stand-by online and by phone. What you can expect: Weight loss without hunger and most likely a sense of well-being.

Weeks IV-VI: These three weeks are the toning part of the protocol, a crucial transition phase, guiding you toward normal eating and preparing you for maintenance.  Similarly, we talk for 25 minutes once a week and stay in touch by e-mail and phone. What you can expect:  Losing more weight, but at a slower rate. (If you want to lose more weight you can extend the program or begin again.)

 

SINGLE COACHING SESSIONS are $75 per session
